*A New Family Interview will be scheduled with the Director, parents, and prospective student(s) as the final step in the application process.
+If you are scheduled for a New Family Interview you will first have to pay the $100 non-refundable application fee.
Step Two:
Fill out the new family online application when it becomes available on 1/1/25 after completing Step One.

On January, 1 2025, applications for the 2025-26 school year will open. applicants will follow these steps to apply once application becomes available on our website:

*Classes for new families cannot be scheduled until the full application
process is complete and the student(s) are accepted at WHCT.
