Step Two:
The New Family 2026-27 Application will be available here on 1/1/26.
+In order to be scheduled for a New Family Interview you will first have to pay the application fee.

On January, 1 2026, applications for the 2026-27 school year will open. Future students are encouraged to attend Open House and/or a tour in the Fall. All items except for the application will be available below and can be completed before 1/1/26:

+Please keep checking your email. Failure to respond or pay application fee within a week of receiving your email to schedule a New Family Interview may result in not getting a family interview.
*Classes for new families cannot be scheduled until the full application
process is complete and the student(s) are accepted at WHCT.
We are unable to accept additional applications for the 2025-26 academic year. We also do not accept students once an academic year begins, so no other students can be added to the 2024-25 current academic year.
